Great association education programs do not happen by accident. They are designed, managed, and continuously improved by people who understand both how adults learn and how associations operate. Most associations have the subject matter expertise inside their membership. What they need is someone who knows how to build the infrastructure around it.
Kelly Gerstenberg, CAE, CMP, NCC
Founder & Principal Consultant
Kelly founded Associated Edge to give associations access to the kind of education, events, and leadership development expertise that usually only lives inside large organizations with fully staffed departments.
Her background spans association education leadership, meetings and event management, and a career that includes serving as a Leadership Development Specialist in the US federal government and project work with organizations including NASSP and Procter & Gamble. She holds a Master's degree in Education and Human Development and is a trained, nationally certified counselor, making her uniquely qualified to design programs in soft skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
At Associated Edge, Kelly leads strategy and client relationships, supported by a vetted network of specialists in governance, marketing and communications, data analysis, and event management. The result is a full-service capability without the overhead of a full-time department.
She brings deep association fluency, real operational experience, and a genuine belief that great education programs are built, not wished for.
